I agree! Great class but not having it these first few weeks of the semester has been great. I just transferred here so I am still getting used to things!
The night class isn't too bad. It's definitely long but the advantage is that you don't have to go to class the rest of the week. Night classes have their ups and downs.
I agree with you Ally, it is very difficult for me to get myself to go to a night class, but I am happy that it is a class I am actually interested in. That is way better than a class you fall asleep in and learn the minimal, in my opinion! But yes, I am very glad we get another week off!
I am not a fan of night classes at all. However, this is a great class to have at night. She keeps it interesting. Having a night class with her is much better than having a night class with some boring professor who puts you to sleep in 10 minutes.
I'm with you guys!! Night classes are hard for me, too! They were especially hard when I would work a 7.5 hour day in Frankfort and then drive to Richmond and then teach another 2.5 hours!!!! It's definitely a lot easier this semester now that I am only teaching one class on Mondays and working 9.5 hour days T-F so I can have my Mondays off to come and be with you all and teach !!!!
I promise to make them as engaging and as fun as possible. The class will be even MORE interesting, engaging and learning filled if YOU come to class ready to participate with information from being prepared for class! :-)
I agree with everyone else night classes suck but I have enjoy having this class as a night class because of the activities that we do keeps me interested.
I do! I live about an hour and a half away, and on Mondays I am at class from 9 am till the end of our night class. So by that time I am exhausted, and its such a long drive home lol.
I think the class is interesting but I lack motivation when it comes to night classes. I hate having to walk across campus at night, it can be quite scary sometimes. But I would rather have an interesting night class then a boring one! At least it will keep our attention.
