Reading Response
So I'm working on the reading response and I picked the thinking with language documents. I read the articles and now I'm ready to write about it. If we use the double entry notes format, do we just write down idea, quotes, diagrams? Or do we actually need to write out some paragraphs relating what we learned in class to this particular article? Feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

I love pinterest and under the education boards there are several great ideas of do it yourself posters. I especially love this one. There are also some pins that are great ideas for behavior charts, creative assignments and activities that help children with the formation of sounds and words.

The Observation Assignment
I was wondering if anyone had looked ahead about the observation assignment that is coming up. I saw in the syllabus where it talks a little about it, but wondering if I was overlooking where the breakdown of the assignment was at in blackboard. Also when I try to open the sample document it keeps givng me an error message. Thanks for your help!

Love this idea!
I love these posters and little poems to teach kids about long A, long E, long I, long U, and long O sounds. I'll definitely use these in my own classroom one day!!

Does anyone know what chapter talks about children communicating at home but having problems at school? I can't seem to find it.
